Return Policy (In-Store & Online)

Return Window

โ€ขย  We gladly accept returns withinย 30 daysย of purchase/delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

Items must be:

โ€ขย  Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when purchased

โ€ขย  In original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation attached

โ€ขย  Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase (order number for online purchases)

Refund Options

โ€ขย  Original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.): Full refund

โ€ขย  Cash purchases over $50 (or local equivalent): Refund issued via company check or store credit

โ€ขย  Gift purchases: Store credit or exchange only

Non-Returnable Items

โ€ขย  Underwear, swimwear, socks, earrings, and pierced jewelry (hygiene reasons)

โ€ขย  Final sale/clearance items marked โ€œAll Sales Finalโ€

โ€ขย  Personalized/custom-made items

โ€ขย  Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

Online Purchases โ€“ Additional Rules

โ€ขย  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item

โ€ขย  We provide a prepaid return label for defective/damaged/wrong items

โ€ขย  Refunds processed within 3โ€“7 business days after we receive the return

โ€ขย  Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except when we made a mistake)

Defective or Damaged Items

โ€ขย  Covered under warranty or within 30 days: Free return + full refund or replacement

โ€ขย  After 30 days: Handled under manufacturerโ€™s warranty

In-Store Purchases

โ€ขย  No receipt? We can look up the purchase with the original card (if under 30 days) or issue store credit at the current selling price

Exchanges

โ€ขย  Same rules as returns โ€” exchanges are treated like returns + new purchase

Holiday Extended Return Period (optional but very common)

Items purchased between November 1 โ€“ December 24 can be returned until January 15 (or 31) of the following year.
