Return Policy (In-Store & Online)
Return Window
โขย We gladly accept returns withinย 30 daysย of purchase/delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
Items must be:
โขย Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when purchased
โขย In original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation attached
โขย Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase (order number for online purchases)
Refund Options
โขย Original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.): Full refund
โขย Cash purchases over $50 (or local equivalent): Refund issued via company check or store credit
โขย Gift purchases: Store credit or exchange only
Non-Returnable Items
โขย Underwear, swimwear, socks, earrings, and pierced jewelry (hygiene reasons)
โขย Final sale/clearance items marked โAll Sales Finalโ
โขย Personalized/custom-made items
โขย Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Online Purchases โ Additional Rules
โขย Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item
โขย We provide a prepaid return label for defective/damaged/wrong items
โขย Refunds processed within 3โ7 business days after we receive the return
โขย Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except when we made a mistake)
Defective or Damaged Items
โขย Covered under warranty or within 30 days: Free return + full refund or replacement
โขย After 30 days: Handled under manufacturerโs warranty
In-Store Purchases
โขย No receipt? We can look up the purchase with the original card (if under 30 days) or issue store credit at the current selling price
Exchanges
โขย Same rules as returns โ exchanges are treated like returns + new purchase
Holiday Extended Return Period (optional but very common)
Items purchased between November 1 โ December 24 can be returned until January 15 (or 31) of the following year.
