A classic French blend of lavender, rosemary, fennel, thyme, basil, marjoram and locally harvested Cape Cod sea salt. Created using a traditional method of drying saltwater using sunlight in greenhouses in Chatham, MA. Seawater is collected from Nantucket sound daily in order to maintain the demand.
